How we handle the data you send us.
Who we are
SIA Nordship (registration number 40203693496, Riga, Latvia) is the controller of the personal data you send through this website. Contact: info@nordship.lv, +371 27301235.
What we collect
The details you enter in the quote or partner form: name, company, email, phone, route, cargo or vehicle details and any message or file you attach. We also record the IP address and approximate location of the request so we can spot spam and abuse (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Why we use it
We use quote requests to prepare an offer before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We use partner applications with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Requests are delivered to our team through Telegram. The website is hosted by Vercel, which also collects visit statistics without cookies. The IP address of a request is checked with ipinfo.io to estimate its location. Telegram, Vercel and ipinfo.io may process data outside the EU. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your request, unless it leads to a contract. Then we keep it as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nordship.lv. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
