The main goal of any delivery is to keep your shipment safe and intact. Even the most careful courier cannot protect a poorly packed parcel. Proper packaging is the key to ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition.

How to Choose the Right Packaging

  • Before packing, decide what kind of items you are sending
  • If they are non-fragile — clothes, bedding, soft toys — use a sturdy box, suitcase, or bag that fits the contents snugly
  • Avoid empty space inside — items should not move around
  • A box that's too large increases the risk of damage during transport
  • Choose a strong cardboard box for better protection
  • Choose the right packaging for each item type

Packing Fragile Items

  • Wrap each item in bubble wrap or paper
  • Reinforce the bottom and top of the box with soft padding
  • Fill any gaps with paper, cloth, or packing filler
  • Avoid making the box too heavy — fragile items can break under their own weight
  • For paintings or glass, create a rigid frame or wrap in multiple soft layers (bubble wrap, blankets, fabric), then secure with cardboard and tape
